BHF Fitness Challenge

NSI loves a challenge!

This July, the team and young people in one of our homes have decided to support the British Heart Foundation Charity, by undertaking a 30-day fitness challenge to raise money for their cause.

The Challenge they have set themselves, is to complete 50 squats a day.

Update w/c 12 July: The team and young people have done more than 3,500.

Update w/e 23rd July:  The team and young people have completed 7850!
