We are looking for caring, experienced Registered Children’s Home Support worker to join our team.

Essential requirements;

  • Over 21 years old
  • A driver with a clean driving license and use of vehicle.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience of working in a registered children’s home.
  • Have a natural ability to care and to be able to empathise and to look beyond the individual or their challenging behaviours.
  • To be confident, composed and level-headed.
  • To be able to work as part of a close team.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team, working in one of our beautiful Ofsted Registered Children’s homes in Swindon. You’ll be supporting children and young people (8 to 18) who for whatever reason are unable to live at home with their families.

The children and young people we support have often experienced high levels of trauma, neglect, and crisis in their young lives, resulting in them experiencing complex challenges. This can lead to multiple home moves and instability, leaving them feeling unsettled, scared and often unwanted.
