Giving our staff a voice!
Earlier this year we launched a new Staff Forum to ensure our team members views are part of Next Step Independence’s future.
We had our first meeting this month with representatives, in person and online, from each area of the business, including every home.
The group agreed how often they should meet (quarterly), what their role will be as a representative, and what the focus and immediate priorities should be of the forum. There was lots of positive interactions and conversations about building on what we already have to make working at NSI even better.
The atmosphere was buzzing!
