As the Registered Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the home, ensuring exceptional care and compliance while fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with a supportive Responsible Individual (RI) and a dedicated team who share your passion for making a difference.
We value work-life balance and empower our managers to design their own schedules within a 40-hour week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the home. Occasional evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins may be required, but we believe in supporting you to succeed – both professionally and personally.
What We’re Looking For
- Over 21 years old (Essential)
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Ability to travel with a clean driving licence and business insurance (Essential)
- 5+ years’ experience working with children at a senior level (Essential)
- NVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 4 in Health/Social Care/Youth Work/Education (Essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or Children’s Residential Management (or working towards) (Essential)
- Enhanced portable DBS (Desirable)
