Making Time for Mental Health

On the 1st February we organised a ‘meet and eat’ event, open to everyone to attend with the aim of raising awareness of the importance of making time to talk about Mental Health.

We had over 20 people in the room and online, tucking into their lunch, whilst sharing ideas and thoughts on the tools they are using to maintain their mental health and wellbeing during these colder, darker months.

This goes hand in hand with the support and advice our teams and their immediate family have access to, via our Employer Assistance Programme (EAP) Health Assured, which is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
