NSI Bake Off Challenge
Our first-ever NSI Bake Off Challenge has been a resounding success! With delicious creativity from across our organisation.
The table was overflowing with homemade baked goodies lovingly prepared by our central teams, home teams, and young people.
The mouth-watering selection included: Marshmallow cookies, Lemon drizzle cakes, assorted fairy cakes, Chocolate fudge cake, Carrot cake, Marble cake, Fresh fruit sponge, Coffee cake, Golden NSI brownies, Oreo brownies and Italian meringue cupcakes with passionfruit curd!
The event was filled with much laughter, friendly competition (naturally!), a shared love of baking and of course, eating cake!
