Beacon View

Beacon View is a lovely 2 bedroom Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation Home in Mid Devon.

Beacon View, is a Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation Home.

It provides a nurturing environment for up to  2 young people aged 16-18 who are seeking to gain their independence.

The home is on the edge of the village Bradninch in Devon.  Its on the main bus route and within walking distance to the local shops.

It’s within a 30 min bus journey to Exeter, making it an ideal base for our young people who may be seeking employment or wishing to attend Exeter College. It is also only 10 mins away from the busy market town of Cullompton.

The home is led by an experienced Manager.  Together with a lovely dedicated team, work with our young people to support them on their journey to independence.

The team are encourage our young people to take part in home’s activities and make the most of the facilities on offer in the local area.

 

Perinville House

A lovely Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation Home in a central location with good public transport links.

Perinville House is a lovely large and welcoming house that can support up to 3 young people, in an Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation Home environment.

Led by a highly experienced home manager, who together with a small, dedicated team provide cover 24/7, working with our young people to support them on their journey to independence.

The young people are encouraged to take part in the home’s monthly challenges, and they will be supported by the team to learn to cook, clean, gain employment and explore education opportunities,  as well as undertake key workers sessions and make the most of the facilities on offer in the local area.

It is located in the bustling community of Babbacombe, a district of Torquay.  It offers good transport links into the busy town of Torquay and the city of Exeter, and there are lots of employment opportunities and access to Further Education, including the South Devon College.

There is also a beach at Babbacombe, which is within walking distance of the home.

The home has a large kitchen, a separate dining room and a lovely bright, sunny lounge.

All the bedrooms are good size doubles with plenty of space for our young people to relax in and make their own.  There is also a sun/garden room which leads out to a huge patio where our young people and team can enjoy a BBQ, along with a lawned garden to chill out in.

Our team will work hard to provide a safe and nurturing environment and of course there will always be cake on hand to enjoy!

 

Buttercup House

A 3 Bedroom, Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation Home, in a vibrant town with excellent public transport links and plenty of Further Education Colleges.

Buttercup house is a vibrant, modern home and recently registered with Ofsted.   As a Supported Accommodation Home it can support up to 3 young people, aged 16 t0 18, in a safe, stable place they can call home.

The home has a highly experienced home manager, who works with an established team provide to support to the young people on their journey to independence.

The house is located in the beautiful historic market town of Newton Abbot, which offers great transport access into cities such as Exeter and Plymouth.

It is also near to the stunning South Devon countryside, with Dartmoor on its doorstep.

The home has good sized bedrooms, a large hallway, open-plan kitchen, dining area and a living room, with a comfy sofa!  It’s a bright, light and airy home with plenty of personal and communal spaces for the young people to enjoy.

There is a nice back garden with a raised decking area – ideal for relaxing in the sunshine or enjoying a BBQ.

 

Victoria House

A 3 Bedroom Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation Home, in an urban location, close to all local amenities.

This house is a charming, 3 bedroom Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation Home,  located in the heart of Torquay.

Led by a highly experienced home manager, who together with a small, dedicated team provide cover 24/7, working with our young people to support them on their journey to independence.

It is our most established home and can support up to 3 young people aged 16-18 years old.

It’s a warm and inviting, homely home, with several communal spaces as well as good sized bedrooms throughout.

It’s location encourages independence with easy access to the main town along with excellent transport, education, training, and employment opportunities.

 

Highland House

A solo supported accommodation home, in a quiet village location with good transport links.

This home is a warm and homely supported accommodation home and can support a young person, aged between 16-18 who for whatever reason, would benefit from living on their own.

Led by a highly experienced Manager, who together with a lovely team who provide cover 24/7, working with each young person to support them on their journey to independence.

Highland House offers a truly homely environment in which young people can feel safe and establish a settled home life. Whilst the home is in a quieter residential area, it benefits from good transport links and all the usual amenities are close at hand, including access to Petroc College.
